
A Strong Czech Presence at the International Peace Festival in Toronto

On Friday, September 26, the International Peace Festival in Toronto concluded with a ceremonial awards evening.
Among the winners was the documentary Mr Nobody Against Putin, a co-production between Denmark and the Czech Republic. The film, which has already received numerous prestigious awards and been screened at many international festivals, stood out for its powerful message.
The event was also attended by the Consul General of the Czech Republic in Toronto, Radek Machů, who emphasized the importance of values such as peace, democracy, and human rights in his speech. He concluded his remarks by thanking the creators and organizers for their dedication and commitment to promoting these values further.
