Sale of Štiřín Castle - Online Auction (4th round)

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo is pleased to announce the upcoming round of the online auction of Štiřín Chateau. The auction will take place from 22 January 2025, at 12:00, to 23 January 2025, at 12:00.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo is pleased to announce the upcoming round of the online auction of Štiřín Chateau. The auction will take place from 22 January 2025, at 12:00, to 23 January 2025, at 12:00.

The starting price for the Štiřín Chateau complex, including associated properties, is CZK 1,445,000,000 with a minimum bid increment set at CZK 50,000.

Štiřín Chateau, located just 25 km from Prague, is a unique Baroque structure from the 18th century, offered for sale along with an extensive estate. The property includes:

  • Accommodation in 64 hotel rooms across five buildings.
  • Two restaurants, a wine cellar, a dining room, and several event halls suitable for conferences or cultural events.
  • A chapel located in the main building.
  • Atis House with a wellness center.
  • A landscaped castle park with a golf course.

The estate is currently unused, presenting an exceptional opportunity for various purposes such as hospitality, event hosting, or a private residence.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of CZK 20,000,000 must be paid no later than 21 January 2025, at 23:59.
