The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo is pleased to announce the upcoming round of the online auction of U Hybernů Palace. The auction will take place from 25 March 2025, at 12:00, to 26 March 2025, at 12:00 (CET).

 

The starting price for the U Hybernů Palace is CZK 447,000,000,- with a minimum bid increment set at CZK 50,000,-.

 

The U Hybernů Palace is a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague near the Municipal House and the Powder Tower. The palace is named after the Irish Franciscans. In the 19th century it was rebuilt as a customs office for the Austrian Empire and after a major reconstruction in 2006 it became a theater. Today, the Hybernia Theatre is in use presenting musicals, concerts and other theatrical performances.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of CZK 15,000,000,- must be paid no later than 24 March 2025, at 23:59 CET.
