The evening was inaugurated by Ambassador Martin Klučar's welcoming speech, highlighting the excellent level of relations between Japan and the Czech Republic, emphasizing shared interests. Attendees then had the opportunity to listen to a video greeting from the President of the Czech Bar Association, Mr. Robert Němec.

The program continued with presentations themselves, starting with economic Ondřej Svoboda, whose presentation provided insights into the Czech legal system. He introduced the tasks of the Czech Bar Association and the position of foreign lawyers in the Czech Republic. The audience actively engaged with numerous supplementary questions, reflecting the lawyers' interest in the Czech legal environment and legal professions.

Following presentation from the CzechInvest was given by Jakub Hajek, who provided an overview of the Czech business and investment environment. The last presentation of the evening by Mr. Štěpán Pavlík, Director of the CzechTourism in Tokyo, was dedicated to the tourism potential of the Czech Republic.

The seminar concluded with closing remarks from President of the Tokyo Bar Association Junichi Matsuda. He expressed the gratitude to the embassy for organizing the friendly meeting and thanked all the speakers for their valuable contributions. President Matsuda's speech marked the end of the lecture part, paving the way for the subsequent networking cocktail with a buffet, where guests had the opportunity to establish new professional connections.
