The Ministers exchanged views on possibilities of mutual trade exchange in agricultural and food production and sharing the Czech EU accession experience in the sector of agriculture. Both Ministers also discussed the forms of Czech assistance to Albania in collection and processing of statistical data on the agricultural production.

In parallel, the working meeting between Czech and Albanian experts on agriculture was held. This meeting focused on plant protection, organic agriculture, qualitative soil protection and on mutual trade in agriculture. The experts discussed possibilities of cooperation in agricultural education, too.

The visit of a livestock farm near Tirana was also included in the programme of the Czech delegation.
