Prague Spring Festival - online broadcasting of concerts

The Prague Spring International Music Festival is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. It is the oldest classical music festival in the Czech Republic.

Over the years of its existence, the festival has built a strong reputation and worldwide respect. It is held every year in May and always begins with the musical cycle Má Vlast (My Homeland) by Bedřich Smetana. The world's top musicians perform at the festival.

This year's Prague Spring International Music Festival is exceptional, as the audience will not be present in the concert halls. The alternative programme will consist of 11 concerts, which will be broadcast live from the stages of five concert halls in Prague and one in Brno. The online broadcast will start on 12 May 2020 and can also be watched via the websites and social networks of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and FB page of the Czech Embassy in Tirana.

You can find the programme of the 75th annual Prague Spring on the Festival's website.
