Lecture about Jewish Holocaust survivors from the prewar Czechoslovakia at the Czech Embassy 27.07.2017

Czech Embassy organized on July 27, 2017 a lecture about Jewish Holocaust survivors from the prewar Czechoslovakia by Andriy Drach who spoke about Jewish societies in Subcarpathian Ruthenia, Slovakia, Moravia and Bohemia and by Lea Dror-Batalion who presented her work about Jewish Vocational School in Darmstadt “Masada” (1947-48) and spoke about Czechoslovak students of this school. The lectures were accompanied by fascinating photos and documents which were puzzled together in the past years to fill the biographies with faces and facts.
