The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Sydney informs that due to technical problems with so called Czechpoint system, it is currently not possible to process in-person applications that are handled through this system. For example the requests for extracts from the criminal record.

We will inform you on our website once the Czechpoint system is fully operational.

We would like to note that verification tasks (signature verification, copy certification) are not carried out through the Czechpoint system. The technical issues with the Czechpoint system do not affect the processing of these tasks.
