Notice about e-mail communication with the Consulate General

We recommend that applicants check their spam folder when communicating with our office. It has come to our attention that e-mails from the Consulate General have occasionally been being incorrectly filtered into the spam folder by some applicants' email clients.

E-mail enquiries are processed on a daily basis on weekdays.

If an e-mail from our office has been filtered into your spam folder, we recommend dragging the e-mail into your Inbox and marking the sender as "trustworthy" in your e-mail client, to ensure that future e-mails from our office are delivered into the correct folder.
