The story of the musical band Satanic Girls includes the Soviet invasion of Prague, Swedish television summer entertainment in the 1970s, men’s magazines in the Royal Library, and six young women from Czechoslovakia who married in Stockholm to travel to South America to record their music. Swedish journalist Jonatan Habib Engqvist teamed up with filmmaker Bohdan Bláhovec, who is following the same group, with the aim of making a documentary.

The interview was based on Jonatan’s text, published in the latest issue of Ord&Bild magazine for the year #5 2023 Ghosts, and parts of Bohdan’s unique film material.
