On July 27, 2016, the Ambassador Jiří Šitler visited an exhibition devoted to the life and publications of Countess Amelie Posse-Brázdová at Örenäs chateau near Landskrona.
The countess and author Amelie Posse-Brázdová (1884 - 1957) was the wife of the Czech painter Oskar Brázda (1887 - 1977) and a friend of many prominent figures including presidents T. G. Masaryk and E. Beneš. Between the 1st and 2nd World War, she lived with her family at the castle Líčkov in northwestern Bohemia. In 1939 she went back to Sweden, where she helped Czechoslovakian refugees and also began to organize Swedish opponents of Nazism. She helped the Czech emigrants even after 1948 until her death.
