
Deputy ambassador visited the city of Kazanlak

Deputy ambassador Jaroslav Kamas visited Kazanlak on 27 April on the occasion of the 91st anniversary of the arrival of Czech engineers from company Aero Praga, who founded a factory for the production of aircraft in Kazanlak in 1927. A memorial event was held at the monument to Czech engineers, organized by the Society of Friends of the Czech Republic in Kazanlak.
Mr. Kamas met with the Deputy Mayor of the Kazanlak, Mrs. Daniel Koeva and the Director of the Investment Projects with External Financing, Mr. Kancho Hristov. The meeting was attended by the representative of the Czech company SOR Libchavy in Bulgaria, Mr. Emil Kimak. During the meeting was discussed in particular the project of modernization of public transport, which includes the purchase of electric buses. SOR has long been striving to deliver means of transport to the Bulgarian market.
