Only 9 candidates will be allocated an appointment slot to apply for an employee card or a long term visa for seasonal employment in the months of July, August and September 2025.

Conditions for sending the registration e-mail

IMPORTANT: Non-Singaporean citizens can only register if they have been living in Singapore for more than two (2) years under a long-term residence permit.

1. The email registration will be open and closed on the above date and Singapore time. Emails that are received in the singapore.visa@mzv.gov.cz email inbox before the start or after the end of the registration process will be disregarded or excluded from the registration. We therefore recommend that emails are sent during the first few hours of the registration period, not at its start or end.

2. Each applicant may send only one e-mail. In the event that multiple emails are sent on behalf of one applicant within a given deadline, they will be automatically excluded from registration, even if the emails are sent from different email addresses.

Terms and conditions for the content of the registration email

1. The unique foreign passport number of the applicant must be included in the subject line of the email.  Emails with ANY information OTHER than the foreign passport number itself (or incorrect number) in the subject line will not be considered.

2. The following identifying information of the applicant must be included in the content of the email:

  • - name, surname
  • - date of birth
  • - contact telephone number
  • - contact e-mail
  • - purpose of stay (employment card OR seasonal employment)

3. A maximum of 1 (one) applicant can be registered by one email.

4. The email application must be accompanied ONLY by a copy of the following documents in pdf format:

  • - a scanned copy of employment contract
  • - a scanned copy of the data page of the applicant's travel document
  • - a scanned copy of the Singapore identification document (e.g. Work Permit, S-Pass, E-Pass, Permanent Residency, ...), INCLUDING its back side with QR code.
  • - If the Singapore ID does not show that the applicant meets the condition of residing in Singapore for 2 years, the application must be accompanied by documents proving that this condition is met. ATTENTION: If the "Employment History of Work Permit Holder" document is presented to this effect, it must be apostilled.

When submitting the application itself, the identical documents sent during registration must be submitted, otherwise the registration is invalid.

Please note that attempts to send registrations in bulk using software tools may be evaluated as spam by the anti-spam security of the mzv.gov.cz domain in order to ensure the functionality of the system for all applicants, as a result of which such registrations will not be taken into account. Registration e-mails for which the sender activates the impossibility of replying in a copy to the registration e-mail will be excluded from registration.

Without the above-mentioned requirements and conditions being met, the registration is invalid and will be disregarded or excluded from processing without further reply to the applicant.

Electronic registration contains a random element. In the event of a successful registration, the applicant will be informed of the specific date and time slot for application submission by e-mail sent to the contact e-mail address indicated in the registration email. The appointment slot is fixed and cannot be changed in any way.
