The Czech Republic has cancelled all travel restrictions related to the covid-19 disease since April 09, 2022. It is not necessary anymore to fill incoming electronic form (prijezdovy formular) or present any of so called "covid passes" (DCC EU or other) about vaccination or recovery from the disease. The negative covid test, neither PCR nor RTA, has not been required further for entry to the Czech Republic either.
This amendment is valid for all countries, regardless covid-19 incidence or EU and non-EU countries.
It makes no difference between stay in the Czech Republic and (only) transit across its territory, and the length of stay does not play any role either.
Be aware that the above mentioned measure can be subject of changes accordingly to the level of risk resulting from covid-19 disease. We recommend all travelers to check our and other relevant web pages of the Czech authorities (Interior Ministry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.) shortly before the trip.
