Invitation to the Trondheim Chamber Music Festival

Trondheim Chamber Music Festival, which will be held from September 26 to October 2, 2016, will take place with the Czech participation after three years. This time, the concert on October 1, 2016, from 18 hrs., will introduce the Czech String Quartet “Pavel Haas Quartet”.
“Pavel Haas Quartet” was founded in 2002 and is named after a Czech composer of the early 20th century, Pavel Haas (1899-1944). Since 2004, Quartet won many prestigious awards, which include first prizes at the Prague Spring International Music Competition and the Premio Paolo Borciani International String Quartet Competition, Newcomer of the Year from BBC Music Magazine, the MIDEM Classical Award and five Gramophone Awards, the “Oscars of classical music”.
The quartet plays at present in the composition: Veronika Jarůšková - violin, Marek Zwiebel - violin, Radim Sedmidubský - viola, Peter Jarůšek - cello.
