Farewell Speech of Ambassador Galuška

H.E. Vladimír Galuška delivered his valedictory statement at the 1192nd meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council on July 12, 2018, bidding farewell to his colleagues and the Organization after five years of service as the Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the United Nations, OSCE and other International Organizations in Vienna.
