Call for Contributions: Moscow Mechanism on Russia’s Violations of Human Rights in Ukraine Report under Preparation

The three experts selected by Ukraine from the ODIHR Moscow Mechanism list have started their work on 15 March 2022. Submissions from the part of individuals, groups, and NGOs, that bring testimony of the human rights violations and breaches of international humanitarian law committed by Russia as a result of thecan be sent directly to moscowmechanism2022@odihr.pl. As the report is to be finished in the first days of April, submissions should reach the mailbox by 31 March 2022.
