Czech Castle close to Prague for Sale

Czech Republic is offering the exceptional grounds of Štiřín Castle only 25 km from Prague for sale in an electronic auction. The 18th century baroque chateau is being offered including extensive grounds.
The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The complex is not currently in use.
The deadline for the deposit of CZK 2o mil. is on April 15, 2025 at 11:59pm.
Starting price is at CZK 982.600.000. Minimum inkrement of bids is CZK 50.000.
The auction will start on April 15, 2025 at 12pm (noon) and will end on April 16, 2025, at 12pm (noon).
