Queen Anna was the daughter of Charles IV. and the (half-sister) of Wenceslas IV, who married her under King Richard II of England. Their contract marriage was short but happy. Both are buried in the nave of Westminster Abbey Church just behind the altar, where they lie together alongside other English kings.

The ceremony was led by the Dean of Westminster Abbey, Rev. Dr. David Hoyle, with the participation of Ambassador Marie Chatardová and representatives of the expat community in London. As our compatriots did before the First World War, this year the Czech Queen's tomb, they delivered a bouquet of white roses with a tricolor, and Dean Hoyle closed the ceremony with a short prayer.
