The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs offers for sale the Empire Palace in the centre of Prague.
The Palace U Hybernů is a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious parts of Prague near the City Hall and the Powder Tower. The palace is named after the Irish Franciscans. In the 19th century it was converted into a customs office for the Austrian Empire and after extensive renovation in 2006 it became a theatre. Today, the Hybernia Theatre is in operation and presents musicals, concerts and other theatrical performances.
The starting price is CZK 477 000 000.
The auction will run from 25 March (12h) to 26 March (12h) 2025.
Minimum increment of bids: 50 000 CZK
Deadline for the deposit of CZK 15 000 000: 24 March 2025 by 11:59 pm.
Tours of the palace will take place on 5 March at 10 a.m. and 19 March at 2 p.m.
