Secretary Kerry Recognizes the Czech Republic on the Occasion of its 98th National Day

On October 26, 2016, US Secretary of State John Kerry issued a press statement to congratulate the people of the Czech Republic.
In his wishes, Secretary Kerry emphasized Czech-US cooperation on political and security issues throughout the Euro-Atlantic region as well as the adherence to the democratic values and vision of the founder of the independent state, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. Secretary Kerry moreover appreciated his family's Czech heritage on the special occasion.
