The Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on the Russian Federation to immediately release Nadiya Savchenko on humanitarian grounds, bearing in mind its international commitments, and allow Ms. Savchenko to return to Ukraine. The release of all detained persons is part of the Package of measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements agreed in February 2015.
