Mass Shooting at the Charles University in Prague

The Czech Republic has declared December 23, 2023, a national day of mourning after a gunman in Prague killed 14 and injured another 25 people at the Charles University in Prague yesterday.

Following the tragic event, the police of the Czech Republic have set up an emergency number for the public and students' relatives and friends: +420 974 823 158. Operators communicate both in Czech and English.

We express our deepest condolences to the families who lost their loved ones in this tragic incident.
