Consular Section
In order to submit visa applications or lodge consular requests (signature verification, civic registry documents, travel documents, CzechPoint, etc.) it is necessary to book an appointment in advance via email. More information on booking an appointment to submit visa applications can be found in the section "Registration system for visa applications". An emergency telephone line is available for Czech citizens during non-working hours of the Embassy, weekends and Czech public holidays.

The telephone helpline of the Consular Section is available Monday-Friday (except public holidays) from 14:30 to 15:30 o´clock.
The telephone helpline serves to answer general questions regarding visas, residence permits and consular matters. Its purpose is not to answer questions regarding the current status of individual visa and residence applications or to book an appointment. It is noted that dozens of applicants contact the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta every day. In case you are unable to get in touch by phone, send your question by email.

The emergency telephone line is available for Czech citizens who find themselves in need (death, injury, loss or theft of a travel document, detention by the police, etc.). This telephone number is not intended for communicating general information regarding visa applications or current conditions of entry into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In case of emergency, you can also contact the honorary consulates of the Czech Republic in Indonesia according to your place of residence (Sanur, Surabaya, Semarang).
