Consular and visa fees

Consular and visa fees can be paid at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta in cash in Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) or by electronic payment card in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR).  Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic in Sanur is only entitled to accept payment for consular fees in cash in Indonesian rupiahs (IDR). The amount of fees in IDR is subject to changes according to the current exchange rate and changes at the beginning of each month.

Payment in cash

When paying in cash, only banknotes that are clean, whole, undamaged and without any inscriptions or stamps are accepted. Please pay the exact amount.

Payment by card

Fees collected by means of an electronic card are collected in Czech crowns (CZK). In case of a short-term Schengen visa application or an appeal against a refusal only payments in euro can be accepted. Fees are thus deducted from the client's payment card in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR) and the amount is converted into the currency in which the client's account is maintained at the exchange rate set by the client's bank.

The following payment cards are accepted: Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, V Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay.
