The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Hanoi provides the services listed below.

The Consular Section may be contacted in either Czech or English.

Applicants are advised to make an appointment in advance and to consult the applicable requirements and supporting documentation by e-mail at hanoi.consulate@mzv.gov.cz.

Authentication and Certification Services

Pursuant to the applicable international treaties, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Hanoi is authorised to provide only the authentication of signatures of Czech citizens and the certification of copies of documents. more ►

Consular Convention and Treaty on Legal Assistance

Czechia and Vietnam are parties to a Consular Convention and a Treaty on Legal Assistance, which govern, inter alia, certain matters relating to civil registry services, authentication and certification services, and other consular acts. more ►
