At the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport Mr. Vojtěch was first received by the State Secretary Paul Blockhuis and subsequently by the Minister for Healthcare and Sport Bruno Bruins, with whom he had exchanged experience on the functioning of the health insurance system. The Netherlands applies the GP, which is the starting point for further professional care.

The schedule of Minister Vojtěch also included a visit to the largest health insurance company Achmea in Leiden, whose representatives presented the main challenges of the Dutch system along with their strategy to face these challenges. The second day was dedicated to getting acquainted with the Dutch mental health care system and included the visit at the Mental Health Services Noord Holland in Heiloo, and the Trimbos Institute of Mental Health and the Enik Recovery College in Utrecht.
