On 2 May 2013 Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Mr. Frans Timmermans paid a short visit to Prague where he met his Czech counterpart, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Mr. Karel Schwarzenberg. Minister Schwarzenberg hosted a working dinner in honor of the Dutch guest. The meeting focused on bilateral relations, current EU issues, the Eastern Partnership, development in the Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Ministers also opened an exhibition of the 19th century romantic Dutch and Belgian painters in Salma Palace in Prague.
