The project of economic diplomacy "Presentation of Czech wines in Dublin" was prepared in cooperation with the Union of Winemakers of the Czech Republic. As part of this project, representatives of 6 Czech wineries (Bohemia Sekt, Vinařství Lahofer, Vinařství Fučík, Vinařství Ludwig, Vinařství Čech and Víno J. Stávek) visited Ireland to present their production to a selected Irish audience at the Radisson Blue Royal Hotel (wine importers, restaurant owners and wine shops, influencers in the field of gastronomy and media).

The Czech Ambassador to Ireland Petr Kynštetr launched the event. In his speech, he emphasized the excellent characteristics of Czech and Moravian wines and their fantastic price-quality ratio. This was followed by a guided wine tasting led by Irish expert Jeane Smullen. The program also included a presentation by the CzechTourism agency titled “South Moravia - an ideal destination for wine tourism”.
