The event was created on the basis of similar successful events, e.g. in Stockholm, Athens, Bangkok and other offices around the world. The gala evening was attended by approximately 60 to 70 graduates from various Czech universities, who were also joined by current Czech students working in Denmark and Danish people interested in studying in the Czech Republic. The opening speech and welcoming of the guests was given by the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Jiří Ellinger. The House of Foreign Cooperation was represented by Soňa Lippmann, Head of the Communication and Analytical Section, who in her speech emphasized the importance of the international alumni community. The official part of the program was enriched with a powerful cultural experience in the form of live music performed by pianist Ondřej Vid and violinist Lady Fedorová. The hall first heard the Czech national anthem, followed by masterful performances of Antonín Dvořák's famous Humoresque and compositions by Bedřich Smetana.

The cultural introduction was followed by the informal part of the evening, which offered an ideal space for networking and entertainment. Graduates had the opportunity to participate in prepared games that helped break the ice, and then engaged in lively discussions about their life and professional paths after graduation. During the evening, new contacts were made and old friendships were renewed, all over a glass of good wine and beer. The meeting confirmed that the community of Czech university graduates is very active in Denmark, and provided a unique opportunity for all present to reconnect with Czech culture and environment.
