Forman@85 in Husets Biograf

On Tuesday 31 January 2017, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen and Husets Biograf arranged film night dedicated to director Miloš Forman on occasion of his 85th birthday, which he is going to celebrate on 18 February this year. We screened the film Loves of a Blonde (1965), which brought Forman an international recognition.  The film was nominated for the Golden Globe for Best Foreign Film and the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1967. It was ranked #89 in Empire magazine's "The 100 Best Films of World Cinema" in 2010.
