The film producer Rudolf Biermann accompanied by his wife represented the production company IN FILM Prague as well as the famous actor Karel Roden, who played the main character.

The event was introduced by the East by Southeast Festival Director Jesper Andersen as well as the ambassadors of the Slovak Republic, Miroslav Wlachovský and the Czech Republic, Radek Pech. The ambassadors talked about the importance of such anniversaries and the outstanding Czech-Slovak relations.
