Visegrad countries' Ambassadors visited Aarhus

On 27 April Visegrad countries' Ambassadors visited Aarhus, the second biggest city of Denmark.
During a meeting with the Lord Mayor of Aarhus Mr Jacob Bundsgaard the Ambassadors discussed business projects in the region, possibilities of cooperation with the Aarhus University and possible involvement of artists from the Visegrad countries in the project Aarhus 2017 – European Capital of Culture. At the Aarhus University the Ambassadors discussed with the University Rector about the possibility to launch Central European studies programme and they participated in a panel debate with the title “The Visegrad countries in the European Union”. The visit was one of the activities initiated by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Copenhagen within the framework of the Czech Presidency of V4.
