Applicants whose work schedule does not allow them to discuss their applications with our staff during official hours can also use another time at the beginning of each quarter for this purpose.

On Saturday, January 3, 2026, we are offering four thirty-minute slots at 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, and 10:30.

Interested parties can register by sending an email to Chicago.Consular.Section@mzv.gov.cz, providing their contact details (first name, last name, nationality, telephone, email) and the subject of the consultation.

The consultation will take place at 77 W Huron Street, Chicago, IL 60654 (please check in at the reception as a visitor to the Czech Consulate General). Please present an identification document at the meeting (passport, ID card, real ID, or US driver’s license).
