On December 5th, 2023, Deputy Consul General Ondřej Pometlo discussed the history, laws, and examples of Czech citizenship.
In collaboration with Czechoslovak Genealogical Society International, the Czech Consulate in Chicago prepared online presentation about historical concepts and changes of Austrian, Czechoslovak and Czech citizenship.
Some 50 participants learned the background of actual law about Czech citizenship (186/2013) and had the possibilities to ask several questions.
