The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bern is delighted to inform you that the Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Matters (ÚZSVM) offers an attractive building for sale in the center of Prague – U Hybernů Palace in an electronic auction.
The U Hybernů Palace is a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague near the Municipal House and the Powder Tower.
The electronic auction will start on March 25, 2025 at 12.00 p.m. (noon) and will last until March 26th, 2025 at 12.00 p.m. (noon).
The starting price has been set at 447,000,000 CZK, with minimum increment of bids by 50 000 CZK.
