Sale of Štiřín Castle – Online Auction (10th round)

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bern would like to inform you that the Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Matters (ÚZSVM) has announced a new round of the tender process for the sale of the Štiřín Castle estate, located only 25 km from Prague.
The electronic auction will open on 1st October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will close on 2nd October 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
The opening bid has been set at 720,000,000.00 CZK.
The auction deposit remains 20,000,000.00 CZK.
The minimum bid increment in the electronic auction will be 50,000.00 CZK.
