Starting November 15, 2017 the acceptance of the Schengen (short-stay) visa applications of the Lebanese citizens (up to 90 days) is possible through the VFS Global Center in Beirut  (Gefinor Center, Block A, 1st Floor, Hamra, Beirut).  

The role of the VFS Global service provider is to assist with completing the visa application and to accept the submitted application, including the collection of biometrics. The decision of the visa application is within the competency of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beirut.

Schengen visa applications will continue to be accepted at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beirut based on an appointment system. Long-term (over 90 days), Schengen visa applications will continue to be accepted at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beirut based on an appointment system.
