Appointement has to be made by email at this address only: beirut.consulate@mzv.gov.cz. Following information needs to be included:
- Name, Surname
- Nationality and Country of residence if diferent from nationality
- Purporse of appointment: short visa/long term visa and purpose of travel/legalisation etc.
- Telephone number
In case the requested information is not provided, the appointement shall NOT be made.
Applications for Schengen visas are only accepted via VFS Global in Beirut. Applications for Schengen visa by foreign nationals resident in Lebanon (including Syrian nationals resident in Lebanon) are also only accepted via VFS Global in Beirut. Applicants of Syrian nationality need to make an appointment at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beirut. Family members of EU citizens can always turn directly to the Embassy.
