2014-Economic presentation of V4 countries in Crete

The representatives of four „Visegrad Group“ Embassies made a presentation on business climate and opportunities of their countries at the Heraklion and Chania Chambers of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday, 8th and Thursday, 9th October 2014.


The Business Seminar „BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES OF TRADE COOPERATION WITH THE VISEGRAD GROUP COUNTRIES", organized within the framework of the current Slovak Presidency of the Visegrad Group, took place in the premises of the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday, 8th October 2014 and the Chania Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Thursday, 9th October 2014. The event was co-organized by the Slovak and Hungarian Embassy in Athens in a close coordination with their Honorary Consuls and the both Chambers of Commerce and Industry with participation of the Embassies of the Czech Republic and Poland. The participants of the seminar had an excellent opportunity to exchange useful information and to develop contacts in order to promote trade and tourism between the Cretan businesses and the potential „V4" member state´s partners.

The Czech Republic, its economy and foreign trade were presented by Mr. Milos Kucera, Deputy Head of the Czech Diplomatic Mission in Greece, in charge of commercial and economic affairs.
