The assessment of administrative fees (hereinafter referred to as "fees") is governed by the following legislation:

• Act 634/2004 Coll., On administrative fees
• Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code)
• Visa facilitation agreements

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara collects fees as follows:

• Cash - Turkish Lira (TL)
• Cashless - euro (EUR), Czech koruna (CZK)

The non-cash payment can be made by the payment terminal and such will also be charged fees in accordance with the business conditions of the bank with which the bank card holder's account is held. Consular exchange rates are governed by the CNB and the ECB with regard to the relevant fee.
