For booking appointment for signature verification please follow the instructions.

Send e-mail to address: AbuDhabi.Consulate@mzv.gov.cz with the following information:

1. Name and surname of the person who will be signing the documents

2. Type of legalization procedure: signature legalization

3. Number of signatures which will be verified

4. Phone number

Subject line of the email should be only "Signature verification appointment request"

Without this information it is not possible to receive an appointment.

The person whose signature is being verified must be present and he/she should bring a valid passport or ID card. If not obvious from the signed document please prepare also your full address in English or Czech.

The fee is 250 CZK if paid by card or equivalent in AED if paid by cash.
