Czech Republic in mourning for President Václav Havel

With deep sorrow, the Embassy of the Czech Republic to the United States of America, regrets to inform of the death of former  President of the Czech Republic His Excellency Mr. Václav Havel on December 18, 2011. Funeral service will be held on the final day of the three-day State Mourning, Friday, December 23, at 12.00 p.m. in St Vitus Cathedral in Prague.
