Applicants for the scholarship must pass an online test of their Czech language level before the selection committee meeting from 2024. The dates for taking the test will be announced at the end of February 2025. The information will be published on the websites of the Czech Embassy, the MFA and the DZS. Candidates who have applied will also receive information about the test dates by email on the application form. Students must obtain a certain number of credits during their studies (information on credits will be provided by the relevant faculty before the start of the studies), failure to meet the study requirements may result in termination of studies

There are 15 two-semester (divisible into 30 semester) scholarships provided annually at selected public universities in Czechia, a good knowledge of the Czech language is a necessary condition for participation in the program.

Scholarship applicants are required to take an online Czech language level test before the selection committee meeting. The deadline for taking the online test is Thursday 3.4.2025. Registered applicants will receive information about the date and registration details for the test to the email provided in the application.

 

The deadlines for entering applications into the electronic system are:
- for one-semester studies in the winter semester of the academic year 2025/2026 (September 2025
to February 2026) by 15 March 2025;

- for two-semester studies in both the winter and summer semesters of the academic year 2025/2026
(September 2024 to June 2025) by 15 March 2025;

- for one-semester studies in the summer semester of the academic year 2025/2026 (February 2025 to June 2026) by 15 August 2025.
