Working visit of Czech Minister of Culture Daniel Herman in Israel 28 – 30 June 2015

Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic Daniel Herman visited on 28 – 30 June 2015 the State of Israel. In Tel Aviv he opened the General Assembly of the Israel-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met the member of Knesset Mrs. Aliza Lavie, the chairman of the Parliamentary Czech Republic Friendship Group. In Haifa he visited the Bahá´í community and took part at the meeting with Czech compatriots. The most important part of his program was the ceremony of the naming a square in Neot Peres neighborhood in Haifa after the former Czechoslovak President Václav Havel and a festive ceremony in his memory at the municipality of Haifa.
