In this matter, kindly pay special attention to the following:

1) Supporting documents must not be older than 180 days at the time of submission, with the exception of the passport. (Travel document must have a minimum of 2 years of validity remaining at the time of application submission.)

2) Documents must be submitted in their original form and in the Czech language.(Public documents, such as proof of non-conviction, must also be additionally apostilled.) Supporting documents, issued in a foreign language other than Czech, must be translated into Czech, exclusively by an authorized translator. For the list of authorized translators, please refer to the  link of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic: https://seznat.justice.cz.

3) Every applicant is obliged to provide Georgian criminal record certificate as well as a similar document of the country of citizenship (in the case of multiple citizenships) and/or  permanent residence. Additionally, the applicant must submit a criminal record certificate from any country where they have resided for more than six months within the past three years.

 

If the applicant fails to appear by the specified timeframe, the term will be lost without refund.
