Sealed-bid sale of vehicles

Embassy of the Czech Republic is selling the following vehicle by sealed-bid auction. Vehicle model – Nissan Patrol S/W SGL 4800 Year made – 2003, current mileage – 125 264 km, 4.800cc Petrol engine, Mechanical transmission, air-conditioner.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The vehicle will be sold on “as is and where is” basis;

2. Vehicle is not customs cleared.

3. There are no guarantees or implied warranties to the conditions of the vehicle.

This vehicle has been parked in Tbilisi. Please contact Embassy of the Czech Republic at +995322916740-42, or by e-mail: tbilisi@embassy.mzv.cz to schedule the vehicle review.

The winning bidder should pay the proposed amount to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in cash within five working days after the auction result announcement.

Embassy of the Czech Republic will retain diplomatic license plates and registration documents in order to de-register the vehicle. Embassy of the Czech Republic will arrange necessary documents of the vehicle (official letter to authorities to arrange the de-registration and customs declaration) but all the financial costs associated with the duty borne by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for all further expenses related to vehicle registration.

Embassy of the Czech Republic reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
