Consular Section opening hours for public: Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00–12.00

For arrangement of all consular matters, e. g. applications for travel documents, birth, marriage and death certificates, Czech citizenship, legalization of documents, please make an appointment in advance by e-mail (consulate.tallinn@mzv.gov.cz) or by telephone (+372 627 44 03).

To apply for a long-term visa and a long-term or permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic, please contact the Visa Center in Dresden.

Payment

Consular fees can be paid (in EUR only) in CASH or by ELECTRONIC CARDS. The following credit cards are accepted - Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, VPay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay.

When paying by credit card, the amount of the consular fee, which is set in Czech crowns (CZK) according to the tariff of consular fees, is converted to EUR. A bank that has issued the payment card with an account in another currency, may charge its own fee for this transfer.

Signature verification: 250 CZK (10 EUR)

Copy verification/per page: 300 CZK (12 EUR)

Extract from the Czech Criminal Record: 200 CZK (8 EUR)

Reissue of access data to the Czech data box: 600 CZK (23 EUR)
