The Ambassador of the Czech Republic participated in the conference "Bread of Peace"

The annual Bread of Peace Conference was held in Varna during 27 - 29 September and this year was organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
Among the member states of this informal association is Germany and all “new” countries in the EU from the Central and Eastern Europe incl. Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The Ambassador of the Czech Republic took part in the conference as head of the Czech delegation on the basis of a written request from the Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic - Mr. Marian Jurečka and, within the main discussion part of the conference, took part in the discussion about the prospects for the future common EU agriculture policy beyond 2020.
Other delegations of the member states of the association also took part in the discussion, exchanging views on the upcoming positions of the twelve EU Member States, that will be introduced after the official publication of the EC's proposals on the financial perspective for the period 2021-2027 at the end of May 2018.
Bulgarian organizers chose an extremely interesting place for the informal part of the conference - the former royal residence of Evksinograd near Varna.
