Office of  the CzechTrade in Sofia organized a presentation of Czech producers of the Agro technologies at the national stall within the 10th specialized Fair on Agriculture „Bata Agro“ at Stara Zagora, which was held between May 16 and May 19, 2017. Four Czech companies presented themselves at the national stall of the Czech Republic.

Euro SITEX – leading producer of the industrial sifters used in the area of agriculture

NATURA DK – family company, producer of agro-technologies

ENERGREEN – producer of technologies oriented to the processing of plant waste and composting

Strojírna Novotný – traditional producer of agro-technologies.

Out of the official Czech stall products of some other czech companies were presented, f.e. tractors Zetor or tires produced by Mitas.

H. E. Mr. Dušan Štrauch, Ambassador of the Czech Republic, attended the official opening of the Bata Agro fair, he visited the Czech stall and met with the Czech exhibitors.

The assistance of the CzechTrade and the Embassy of the Czech Republic provided to Czech companies in the area of agriculture in connection with the entrance to the Bulgarian market is mainly motivated  by the opportunities and perspective of this sector nowadays. For example, Bulgaria is leading world producer of levandule oil or one of three main producers of duck or goose livers. Also area of grain production (wheat mainly) develops rapidly.
